I regularly attend conferences on American theater and have published on plays by Lillian Hellman, Beah Richards, Edward Albee or María Irene Fornés in academic journals or as chapters in different edited volumes on theater studies. My most recent articles on María Irene Fornés are“From La Viuda to Letters from Cuba: Family correspondence in María Irene Fornés’ theater”, Revista de Estudios Norteamericanos (2023); and “Institutionalized Violence and Oppression: Ambiguity, Complicity and Resistance in El Campo and The Conduct of LifeComparative Drama (2024).

I have been responsible for Literature and Gender Perspective in English-Speaking Countries, a module in the Interuniversity Master of Advanced English Studies from its beginning.

For twenty years, I have also held the position of Subdirectora in the Business School, in charge of academic exchanges, equality and gender perspective, cultural activities, and communication.
