– affiliated researchers: teaching and research staff with a doctoral degree, affiliated full-time with the University of Vigo and/or doctoral researchers from other institutions formally linked to the University of Vigo through institutional agreements that recognize their official relationship with the Institute
– non-permanent researchers: research staff specifically hired under research programs or projects, in accordance with the applicable labor and regulatory framework
– early-career researchers: research staff enrolled in a doctoral program at the University of Vigo, under the supervision or co-supervision of a researcher affiliated with the Institute
– administrative and support staff: staff from the University of Vigo’s workforce or hired for specific research programs
– ‘guarantor’ researchers: To ensure iLingua’s scientific credibility, the Regulation for the Creation and Management of Research Institutes at the University of Vigo establishes the figure of the guarantor researcher as a full-time, permanently affiliated researcher who, meeting excellence and scientific competence criteria, endorses and guarantees the development of the program and objectives defined at the Institute’s founding:
