On October 30, the first seminar in a series of seminars aimed at reflecting on the codes that underlie the expression of events that make up our memory was held in the Salón de Graos of the Faculty of Philology and Translation. The session was organized and moderated by Teresa Caneda.
Focusing on the image as the protagonist and with the participation of visual artist Mar Caldas and BBC filmmaker Maurice Fitzpatrick, this session explored a wide range of languages-from photographic collage and installation to film and documentary-that articulate the narratives of public and private memory in their works.
