Her teaching focuses on specialised Audiovisual, Economic and Legal Translation, some of her areas of research. In these fields she has participated as a speaker in several national and international conferences and has published numerous articles in specialised journals and chapters in books about Ch\/YA Literature as well as Animation and its interrelationship with other fields such as literary translation, dubbing and theories related to gender. Some of her current most quoted publications are: \u201cHumorous elements and translation in animated feature films: DreamWorks (2001-2012)\u02ee in MonTI. Monograf\u00edas de Traducci\u00f3n e Interpretaci\u00f3n, 2017; \u201cCine de animaci\u00f3n made in Spain: doblaje y subtitulaci\u00f3n de elementos culturales\u201d in \u00cdkala, Revista de Lenguaje y Cultura, 2020; \u201cDubbing intertextuality in DreamWorks Animated Films\u201d in Accessing audiovisual translation, 2015. She has coedited El Metaverso y la virtualidad cultural: literatura, traducci\u00f3n y aprendizaje de lenguas extranjeras (2024) and published \u201cCuentos de hadas y pel\u00edculas de animaci\u00f3n: nuevas masculinidades y padres ausentes\u201d in Aproximaci\u00f3n poli\u00e9drica a la cuesti\u00f3n del g\u00e9nero en la literatura infantil y juvenil (2024) among other papers. She takes part in the research group Translation, Accessibility, Literature and Audiovisual Texts at the University of Vigo and collaborates with the Teaching and acquisition of solidarity and intercultural competences through languages and literature \u2013 TALIS research group (University of Valencia).
