Currently, he is a PhD candidate at the University of Vigo, where he works under the supervision of Prof. Javier P\u00e9rez-Guerra and Dr. Paula Rodr\u00edguez-Puente. His research focuses on the predictors of collective-verb agreement in Present-Day English from a synchronic and diachronic approach and within the framework of corpus linguistics. He has also conducted research on the evolution of agent prepositions in Middle English and Early Modern English and on pronominal variation.
